Local tax: 1,50 euro per person per night

For the use of the sauna an additional fee is requested from:
- 50€ for a weekend or a long weekend
- 80€ for a week or a midweek
Per person 1 bath towel included

A weekend lasts from Friday 16h00 until Sunday 16h00.
A long weekend lasts from Friday 16h00 until Monday 10h00.
A midweek lasts from Monday 16h00 until Friday 10h00.
A week lasts from Friday 16h00 until Friday 10h00.
Low season lasts from September until the end of June (except for school vacations and holidays in Belgium and The Netherlands)
High season lasts from July until the end of August, school vacations and holidays included.

No smoking at this property.
No pets allowed.

Cleaning: Sweeping before leaving the house
Bed linen: provided
You will need to bring your own towels and tea towels.
Electricity, water and fuel oil: there is a counter

Caution money: 250 euros , from july 2025 : 300 euro
If the house is left in a clean way and if there are no damages whatsoever, the caution money will be transferred into your account in less than a week’s time after your stay.
